Our Body Sculpt classes last an average of one hour, alternating between cardio and muscle strengthening throughout the body.

In order to optimize the intensity of the effort, we use equipment such as elastic bands, sticks or even dumbbells.

Body sculpting can also be done without accessories, using only body weight.

The abs and arm muscles are very much used, which allows you to quickly sculpt the upper body.

Cardio movements require a lot of coordination in the legs: a good way to work the thighs, calves and glutes.

This discipline allows you to workout all parts of the body.

To obtain rapid results, Body Sculpt requires regular training: the ideal is to practice it at least three times a week to see its benefits.

Each session burns up to 500 calories. At this rate, the first results are visible in 6 to 8 weeks and the muscles are much more developed.

Body sculpting is not recommended for people with joint problems, heart problems, muscle or tendon problems.
