Why did I create SPORTIV'Action?

The navy, a trigger
Since my early childhood, I have always been passionate about all sports, and by this quest for physical and psychological well-being that it allows me to achieve.
In 2008, I joined the French Navy for a 10-year contract. After traveling the world on different ships, I was transferred ashore in 2014, so that I could resume sporting activities and competitions. I missed certain sports on board and it became vital for me to resume my sporting habits as before.
Une blessure qui a changé ma vie
In 2016, following a knee injury during a basketball match, I found myself bedridden for two months and I started to think about what I could do related to sport. My passion came back stronger and stronger in my life. I found out about careers related to sport. So, I resumed my studies by correspondence to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales Development and Sports Activities Management in one year.
At the same time, I took on the role of volunteer editor on the “Femmes de Sport” website, whose aim was to promote women’s sport.
This injury was the turning point in my future.
Emergence du concept
As soon as I was allowed to return to sport, I was afraid to resume my basketball training, due to a lack of confidence in my support. I started strengthening my muscles with a sports coach. From there came a new passion: cardio and muscle strengthening. The coach who followed me and who still follows me has become a very close friend. I have often heard her talk about her work in a fitness center, and the often unfair conditions she experienced there without making generalizations about fitness centers, of course. However, the difficulties I heard became recurrent among the sports coaches I met.
I then understood that I had to act at my own level to combine what I love most: sport and well-being at work, while allowing independent coaches to have additional features on their schedules. , and for sedentary people to return to regular activity to take care of themselves at work.
I wanted to break the codes of fitness rooms, to imagine and offer friendly moments, with kindness and humanity at work and through sport.
SPORTIV'Action is born!
In 2018, after leaving the army at the end of my contract, I created SPORTIV’Action. The year that followed, I finally launched into corporate sport. Indeed, a big opportunity presented itself to SPORTIV’Action which obtained a major public contract in the fall of 2019 and mobilized several sports coaches to my side. Three years later, the National Military Social Security Fund, on the one hand, welcomed the model imagined while strengthening my professional and relational experience and, on the other hand, reinforced my ability to not give up, to adapt and to always get back up despite the vagaries of the Covid 19 pandemic.
I was able to usefully take advantage of the various confinements to perfect my knowledge of well-being, always linked to sporting activity. I studied all the legal texts governing sport in business and set up regulatory monitoring. I also trained in mental preparation for athletes in order to apply these tools to all audiences: dys and ADHD children, students, athletes, etc.
My ambition is now to bring my skills and my experience as well as all my empathy, my kindness and my openness to the world so that everyone enjoys practicing and taking care of themselves through sport, whatever the level!
