THEY TRUST US
Mindset coaching is a regular training that the athlete will do to develop certain tools (listed below), and which he will apply during his training and competitions.
This allows you to optimize your performance, to unblock certain mindset barriers that prevent you from evolving, and to get closer to or obtain desired results.
By working on these tools regularly, the athlete will become independent and have better self-knowledge.

Tools of mindset preparation
La motivation
We study which feelings of motivation need to be strengthened.
Goals
Together we will assess whether your short-term, medium-term and long-term goals are difficult but achievable.
Self-affirmation and self-confidence
Are you afraid to express yourself within your club/team? Do you have confidence in yourself?
Routines
What are your pre-training/match routines? Are they effective?
Internal speech
Is your self-talk negative? When? How to counteract it to get positive thoughts?
Mental imagery
To help you relax, we will continue to work on your technical gestures while lying down or sitting.
Concentration
We look at how much external events distract you, whether in competition or training.
Stress management
Is your stress blocking you? No worries, we can help you manage it and make you more serene.
The more we help you identify areas to strengthen, the better you will feel in your sport. You will just have to see the results afterwards.
CASE STUDY
Ghislain, a warrior 's mindset

During the October 2020 lockdown, Ghislain, a marathon runner, contacted us to support him in his mental preparation, because he felt that his results were stabilizing. With the successive lockdowns and postponed marathons, the mindset state was taking a serious hit.
So we took the time to strengthen his feelings of motivation, then worked on his concentration and internal speech. Two tools where we detected a lot of work to be done.
All year we have seen a dazzling evolution in his training times. The more we accompany him, the more he tells us:
“In my head, everything is fine!”
His last best time was 3:23 in the Paris Marathon before the pandemic. His goal was to go under 3 hours. A difficult but achievable goal.
This Sunday, October 24, he is competing in the village marathon in Gironde. A complicated course as he always told us.
Thanks to mental preparation, and hard personal work on these tools, he finished 11th in 3h03 .
“Mindset preparation really helped me during the difficult moments of the course.”

If, like Ghislain, you are convinced that mindset preparation can help you in your sports practice, then don't hesitate any longer!
